Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise and develop production teams while ensuring a safe work environment, consistent product quality, and on‑time delivery for our customers. You will promote continuous improvement, maintain cost targets, and support a culture of operational excellence across assigned shifts.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost targets are achieved.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to perform job responsibilities effectively.
- Provide training to maintain compliance with procedures and drive skill development.
- Evaluate performance and give clear, actionable communication to support improvement.
- Support safety programs including lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment usage, and confined space requirements.
- Enforce plant rules, regulations, and operating procedures.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support operational standards.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred
- Two or more years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with an understanding of manufacturing processes, losses, workflow, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Working knowledge of technology and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication
- Willingness to work weekends and flex hours as needed.
- Physical presence in the plant, with frequent standing and walking; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, tasting, smelling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
