Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will lead team members on third shift to identify, manage, and execute plant operations and process improvement goals. You will manage production employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets while building an engaged, team‑oriented workforce that delivers strong business results.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards are consistently met.
- Lead and develop production employees through training, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and lead effective, team‑based problem solving to resolve issues.
- Ensure production resources, including materials, equipment, and staffing, are available to maintain production schedules.
- Enforce plant rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Support and promote plant and company safety programs, including adherence to defined safety requirements such as lock‑out tag‑out, personal protective equipment, and confined space entry.
- Participate in developing the daily operating plan and delivering daily line performance.
- Drive execution of standard work to target for daily direction setting results.
- Lead shift handoff meetings to ensure effective information and plan sharing between shifts.
- Support sanitation operations as needed to maintain a clean and food‑safe environment.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Union experience preferred.
- Experience in food processing or food manufacturing is a plus.
- Sanitation experience preferred.

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
