Associate Business Services Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Reporting to the Team Leader of Business Services, you will support collaboration with internal and external customers and suppliers to meet the needs of the Global Business Services organization. You will serve as a subject matter expert in deduction management for the outsourcing team while responding to information requests and communicating impacts to partners. You will work across Accounts Receivable including cash application, collections, customer program management, and reverse logistics to deliver insights and support business performance.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Gather and interpret data while supporting problem solving across multiple business scenarios
Support mergers and acquisitions activities, customer strategies, supply chain analytics, and business escalations for managed services partners
Identify problems and opportunities and recommend solutions to improve performance
Create reporting and provide analysis that drives action and resolution
Present findings to support understanding and informed decision making
Support business process improvements and respond to customer requests
Collaborate across departments and with multiple levels within the organization
Document business processes and recommend enhancements
Perform financial, operational, and transactional analysis to identify and resolve issues
Support work in an evolving business environment with changing priorities
Organize and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
Work independently and within cross functional teams
Collaborate across geographies and cultures
Influence peers and partners to drive outcomes and results
Serve as an escalation contact for internal and external partners

Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
At least 1 year of business related experience
Detail oriented approach with strong critical thinking skills
Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset
Technical aptitude with experience using Power BI
Experience working in an agile environment
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Experience working independently under general supervision
Effective collaboration and communication skills across teams and stakeholders
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Compensation
Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
