Case Erector (3rd Shift- 10pm to 6am)

A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Read and follow production schedule instructions to support accurate execution of daily plans
- Set up, operate, and adjust case erectors, conveyors, casers, case tapers, case coders, and palletizers to meet production requirements
- Inspect and prepare cases and packaging materials for use on the production line
- Maintain consistent material flow to ensure uninterrupted production
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality; stop production and report deviations or malfunctions
- Support startup, changeover, and shutdown activities, including equipment tear-down and preparation for cleaning
- Protect products from contamination and monitor finished goods for proper temperature control
- Provide guidance to line workers on proper packaging operations
- Maintain housekeeping standards to support safety and food quality requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or food production environments is helpful
- Knowledge of food handling, packaging practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices or willingness to learn
- Understanding of safety practices, quality control points, and critical control points
- Familiarity with allergen and bloodborne pathogen control practices or willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills to support teamwork and line coordination
- Works effectively with others to achieve production goals
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail in completing assigned work
- Works with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Physical Requirements
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials
