- Develop activation materials and campaigns including point-of-sale assets, advertising, promotional programs, presentations, distributor content, trade show materials, and customer-facing communications.
- Translate marketing strategies into engaging tools, resources, and experiences that drive awareness, trial, and sales growth.
- Manage distributor marketing programs and support broker-related marketing initiatives.
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of national trade shows, industry events, customer engagements, and regional marketing activities.
- Support sales teams and broker partners at distributor events, operator-facing activities, and industry shows.
- Serve as the primary contact for designated industry organizations and external partners.
- Develop and maintain product training content, systems, and resources that support sales team effectiveness.
- Collect, analyze, and report activation, campaign, and sales performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
- Support operational processes including vendor onboarding, invoice management, and budget tracking.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing programs are executed on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Travel up to 15% for trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of marketing, sales enablement, customer marketing, activation marketing, or related experience.
- Understanding of sales and marketing concepts and how distributors, brokers, operators, and direct customers engage with marketing programs.
- Experience developing a broad range of marketing materials and campaigns, including sales collateral, digital advertising, presentations, event materials, and promotional programs.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable creative and content development tools.
- Strong project management, organizational, and operational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating multiple initiatives and managing deadlines across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills and experience using data to evaluate program effectiveness and guide decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success working with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
