Job Description:
Business Operations Management (BOM) team helps our Platform & Technology partners achieve operational and strategic excellence, specializing in the following areas: Financial & performance management, portfolio & investment management, resource management, operational risk management, and employee and colleague communications and engagement. In managing the "business of platforms and technology", the BOM team is committed to achieving excellence through the standardization and continuous improvement of its services and prides itself in being a highly collaborative and cross-functional group of professionals.
About this role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Management Analyst who is well-versed at providing specialized business management guidance and support, but also motivated to implement policies, processes and initiatives that meet TD’s overarching business management, strategy and governance objectives.
Here's some of what you may be asked to perform:
Job Requirements :
- Identify issues and opportunities, understand trends and provide specialized business management advice to senior management and respective teams while raising industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness.
- Lead and coordinate the integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and solutions across multiple functional areas.
- Provide subject matter expertise and help identify, design, test solutions and support implementation activities.
- Develop and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at both the functional or enterprise level.
- Create and deliver presentations and communications geared to management or broader audience.
- Adhere to internal policies / procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines, contribute to the review of internal processes and activities, and assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
- Identify variances and contribute to the analysis, due diligence, and implementation of initiatives and/or business operations within defined area of responsibility.
- Support development and/or/ implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize availability of service, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- 5-7 years relevant BA experience; very strong experience working with data, data management/manipulation and associated reporting and related tools.
- Strong communications working closely with business stakeholders.
- Supporting a Business Manager for day-to-day operations within Technology Business Operations
- Clarity : will be support for Resource Managers, Project Managers and Timekeepers
- Workforce Management tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Signing Party governance and facilitation
- Building out value add reporting to support Executive decisioning.
- Advanced MS Office (PPT, Excel) Strong asset would include experience in Power BI.
