DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Service Equipment and Compliance Associate to join our team based in Tuas, Singapore. This is an Onsite role reporting to the Service operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision, coordinates operations through interaction with operations management.
Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.

Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and established quality procedures.

Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Identifies and controls non-conforming material.
Delivery
Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.
Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
Ensures training completion in line with business requirements.
Seeks ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
Ensures clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and supports planned operator care and maintenance tasks.

Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair.

Warehouse Inventory Control - Manages physical inventory utilizing inventory control methodologies to maintain inventory and meet customer expectations.
Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Manage all issuing of tools/parts requisitions, purchase order and GRN of all invoices
Ensure that the Tool Store is maintained in a safe and clean condition
Responsible for the control of all company owned Service Department tooling and Workshop equipment
Carry our regular audits on Field Service Vehicles
Maintain Engine and Chassis dyno's in accordance of manufacturer
Maintain plant equipment (Waste Recovery, Cooling Towers, Overhead Cranes, etc.) in accordance to manufacturer requirements
Maintain equipment and record in accordance to HSE and ISO standards
Conduct regular toolbox audits for all technicians
Provide recommendations to the Supervisor for replacement tooling as required
Maintain adequate stocks of workshop consumables and provide recommendations to the Supervisor or nominee prior to purchasing
Maintain the company tool movement register and ensure tooling is made available to all on and as needed basis
Maintain measure and test equipment records for both company and employee tools.
Records include, measure, testing and equipment register indicating equipment register record cards
Maintain and submission of records of cooling tower, trade waste collections relating to waste, oil, fuel and sludge to the relevant Agencies
Coordinate and monitor managed garment overall cleaning system with supplier
Maintain tooling checks through QA audits and recording
Responsible for the supply and control of all company Personal Protection Equipment
Manage maintenance and regulatory inspection of company service vehicles
Assist in the management of company service vehicles tracking devices
Preferably with the followings
Experience with service tools and workshop equipment's
Singapore Class 3 driving license
Singapore Forklift license
No cross-border relocation provided.
