We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst - Senior to join our team specializing in Finance in York, SC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Facilitating Financial Planning: Partnering with organizational units to develop annual budgets, expense forecasts, and staffing plans will ensure accurate and effective financial planning.
Ensuring Accurate Reporting: Preparing and consolidating financial data for statistical reporting will enhance the accuracy and reliability of financial performance tracking.
Improving Financial Performance: Conducting month-end causal/variance analysis will help identify discrepancies and areas for improvement in the NA Brake business.
Mentoring Team Members: Coaching and leading less-experienced Financial Analysts will foster a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
Optimizing Cost Management: Preparing labor and burden rates for annual standards revisions will ensure that cost management practices are up-to-date and effective.
Enhancing Forecasting Accuracy: Developing comprehensive rolling financial forecasts and annual operating plans (AOP) will provide a clear and accurate financial outlook for the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. Progress toward Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.
Experience:
- Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
Additional Required Experience:
3-5 years of experience.
This is a Hybrid role - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote negotiable.
Experience utilizing critical analysis and thinking skills to articulate financial results and ability to work with employees and leaders from multiple functions/levels
Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities including Excel and Access, as well as experience in Oracle
Preferred Experience:
Manufacturing setting financial experience is a plus
CPA, CMA or MBA is a plus
Hyperion HFM, OneStream, Import Wizard, & other add-on's
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
