DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team specializing in Sales for Cummins, Inc. in Shoreview, MN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinates vendor translations of existing and new training.

  • Works with CLC to ensure training modules are correctly uploaded.

  • Supports independent distributors with access to modules on CLC.

  • Responsible for Connect site content administration for CSU site.

  • Tabulates and compiles/summarizes data from training evaluations and/other surveys.

  • Creates Purchase Orders for the Enablement team.

  • Performs basic updates to e-learning modules.

  • Working with a Sales Training Developer, assists in the formatting/entry of content into eLearning programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Optimizes work processes - Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Project Management - Establishes and maintains the balance of scope, schedule and resources for a project. Ensures results/impact from temporary effort are fully realized as possible.

  • Adapts to target audience - Explains complex in such a way that the target audience (e.g. sales professionals, customers, training vendors, etc.) can understand, retain, and use the information.

  • Integrates Customer Perspective - Incorporates an understanding of the customers' perspective on our products and sales efforts to develop sales content that improves our ability to meet their needs and increase revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

  • 2 or more years college or university education or equivalent industry experience required.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, with attention to detail, required.

  • Experience in a sales organization preferred.

  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and/or client needs preferred.

  • Spanish Language skills advantageous.

Compensation

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Min Salary $65600

Max Salary $98400
