DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) :
Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Promote interdependence by looking out for one another.
Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.
Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact.
Engage in HSE training.
Quality :
Follow all applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), poka-yoke, and visual standards.
Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
Perform quality inspections.
Identify and control non-conforming material.
Delivery :
Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to meet customer expectations.
Demonstrate a high level of competency in core work skills.
Achieve production goals.
Work at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks.
Perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
Remain flexible and perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet production goals.
Work with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
Teamwork :
Communicate effectively with the assigned team and all support teams.
Complete training and personal development in line with business requirements.
Participate actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience required.
Ability to operate machines to deliver qualitative output as per cycle time.
Willingness to work across all three shifts as required.
Maintain 5S standards and cleanliness of machines and surrounding areas.
Participate in continual improvement initiatives such as FIFI, Q-Pro, and Kaizen.
Ensure bottleneck machines run without interruption.
Enhance skill levels on machines and engage in preventive and process maintenance.
Improve Right First Time (RFT) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by addressing losses and rejections.
Adhere to break and shift start-end timings.
Plan leaves in coordination with the Manager to avoid equipment idle time.
Support other lines/functions as required by business needs.
Follow tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.
Basic knowledge about welding operations.
Basic knowledge about Cobot & Robot teaching.
Basic knowledge about assembly line operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in different types of PLC languages like Ladder logic.
Hands-on experience in different Siemens software like Simatic Manager, TIA Portal.
Knowledge of different networking & communication systems like Profibus, Profinet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, etc.
Experience in data transfer between PLC, HMI, SCADA, DC tools.
Good communication skills to interact with suppliers’ engineering teams.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good analytical skills for any technical issues.
Ability to multitask and follow up with vendors to get work done on priority.
