DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities of multiple production teams, including managing team members, ensuring housekeeping standards, and achieving production targets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements in safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

  • Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to team members to help them accomplish tasks and meet goals; set clear expectations and responsibilities.

  • Identify training needs, develop, and implement comprehensive training plans.

  • Champion health and safety initiatives by modeling proactive behaviors and participating in actions to build an interdependent, injury-free workplace.

  • Lead incident investigations, ensuring accurate root cause analysis and effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Apply continuous process improvement methodologies to enhance quality and reduce costs in manufacturing processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience:

  • Intermediate level of supervisory experience required, with experience handling a large team of approximately 150-200 employees.

  • Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong team management skills, ensuring adherence to core values in team handling.

  • Ability to foster and maintain peer group relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: College, university, or equivalent degree required.
