We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Manning, SC.

Achieving Production Goals : Operating equipment proficiently and meeting cycle times will contribute to achieving production targets and customer satisfaction.
Coaching and Mentoring : Instructing and coaching less experienced team members will enhance overall team capability and performance.
Maintaining Equipment and Work Area : Keeping your work area clean and performing routine maintenance will ensure equipment runs smoothly and safely.
Collaborating with Teams : Effective communication and collaboration with your team and support staff will drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity. development.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS

The Brakes PIL will be responsible for:
Daily supervision of assembler technicians that perform production assemblies.
Communicating with all levels of the organization as it related to quality.
Understanding and supporting all company related metrics.
Ensuring assemblies meet all customer quality requirements.
Compensation:
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
