Description

• Responsible for investigating problems in systems and products and recommending appropriate solutions.

• Responsible for applying and supporting product troubleshooting processes with a 7-step approach, ensuring high quality repairs.

• Responsible for preparing the service channel, ensuring adequate availability of parts, tools and information, training teams when necessary.

• Responsible for providing independent execution of established systems and work processes, while developing technology or product knowledge; engages in systems and process improvement.

• Responsible for problem-solving for moderately complex components, products, systems, subsystems or services, with gradually increasing technical complexity and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical or equivalent.

• Mandatory experience in after-treatment systems and integration with diesel engines, and ARLA dosing systems.

• Desirable experience in discretization of fault codes, controls and calibration.

• Advanced English (conversational). Spanish is a plus.

• Advanced knowledge of office packages and programming languages (Python, Matlab, Simulink).

• Availability to travel (30% of the time) and valid driver's license.
