DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Project Assistant – Level II to join our team specializing in General Management for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Project Support: You will assist in applying process and project management skills within specialized areas, aiding the project's smooth operation.
Issue Resolution: By identifying, tracking, and collaborating with others to resolve project issues, you'll help keep projects on track.
Status Communication: You will help monitor and communicate project status to the team, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned.
Budget Management: Assisting with budget planning and tracking, you'll contribute to financial oversight and project feasibility.
Risk Management: You will support the identification and management of project risks using quality tools, enhancing project stability.
Administrative Assistance: Providing essential administrative and logistical support, you'll help maintain project structure and efficiency.
Documentation: By maintaining project notes, databases, and other records, you will ensure accurate and accessible project information.
Knowledge Sharing: You'll assist in documenting and sharing team learnings with other teams, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Manage Complexity: Develop the ability to make sense of complex, high-quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Plan and Align: Prioritize and plan work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
Manage Project Issues and Risks: Use recommended tools and disciplines to identify, assess, and prioritize project issues and risks, driving actions to minimize, monitor, and control them while maximizing positive outcomes.
Manage Project Resources: Develop and manage resource plans (both expense and headcount) using recommended project management tools and processes to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Manage Project Schedules: Utilize schedule management tools and processes to manage the planned schedule, ensuring project completion within the agreed timeline.
Manage Project Scope: Maintain a detailed list of project deliverables (scope) using recommended project management tools and processes to ensure all required work is completed and nothing extraneous is included.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
College or equivalent degree preferred.
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking individuals and English-speaking individuals.
Accurately interpret spoken language in real-time, ensuring that both parties can effectively communicate and understand each other.
By leveraging your language expertise, you will help bridge the communication gap and facilitate smooth interactions in a variety of settings, such as: classroom/training, on-site medical clinic, office environment, etc.
Ability to work with sensitive material and maintain confidentiality is critical.
Support all functions of the business for translating needs.
Compensation (for United States)
Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The
final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s
qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Max Salary $70800
