DESCRIPTION
Lead the execution of Human Resources business processes and responsible for the overall operational effectiveness and compliance with company policy and legislative requirements. Establish business strategies to select and retain diverse talent and maintain a competitive advantage. Facilitate Human Resources Data Management including the consolidation and submission of required business unit or operating segment information according to reporting timelines and standards utilizing experience with auditing and analyzing data to ensure data completeness and accuracy. Utilize Organizational Development tools including benchmarking, scorecards, quality management, and team-based work systems and support Change Management to increase organizational performance. Resolve conflicts and provide counseling on HR matters, and conduct and document investigations for business operations using experience with Employee Relations. Measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to deliver functional and business performance improvements related to HR investments. Administer Human Resources Information Systems to oversee talent planning, acquisition, competency assessment, development, and engagement activities. Translate plan design, statutory and tax requirements in the communication and delivery of compensation and benefits programs. Utilize knowledge of Data Analytics problem solving tools to assess quality of data, interpret information and leverage analytical problem-solving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive business insights. Define qualification requirements and selection criteria for open positions; employ objective selection processes that meet compliance requirements; assess, evaluate and select candidates against pre-determined job specific criteria and communicate openly with candidate and stakeholders to ensure timely hiring outcomes. Consult on all areas of human resources including compensation, benefits, staffing, organizational development, employee relations and performance management in alignment with common HR strategies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Labor Relations, or related field (employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Labor Relations, or related field) and 4 years of experience as a Human Resource Specialist or Generalist, or position. Experience to include: Human Resources Business Process Execution; Human Resources Data Management; Organizational Development and Change Management; Employee Relations; Analyze key performance indicators (KPI); Compensation and Benefits Administration; Human Resources Information Systems; Data Analytics problem solving tools; Candidate Assessment and Selection; Performance management.
