DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our team specializing in Parts for our Service Operations Department in Langley, United Kingdom.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm

Driving Operational Efficiency: Through accurate processing of transactions and paperwork, you’ll help streamline parts counter operations and reduce delays.
Strengthening Internal Collaboration:Working closely with technicians and other personnel to source parts fosters teamwork and improves service delivery.
Mentoring and Developing Others:Sharing your knowledge and guiding less experienced team members will elevate the overall capability of the parts department.
Supporting Continuous Improvement : Your participation in improvement projects contributes to innovation and better processes within the department.
Boosting Revenue Opportunities : Identifying upsell opportunities for supporting products and services adds value for customers and supports business growth.
Maintaining Inventory Accuracy and Organization:By managing stock levels and warehouse activities, you’ll help ensure parts availability and a clean, organized workspace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Strong Inventory & Core Management Skills: You’ll need to effectively manage service core parts, engines, and local store inventory using core flow processes and inventory control methodologies to meet operational and customer expectations.
Technical Proficiency with Systems & Tools:Familiarity with systems like QSOL for parts identification, and order life cycle systems for processing and managing customer orders, is essential for accuracy and efficiency.
Customer-Centric Mindset : Success depends on your ability to deliver proactive support throughout the order life cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and resolution of queries.
Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills:Managing API counts, cycle counts, transport requests, and warehouse activities requires precision, consistency, and a well-organized approach to avoid errors and delays.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
Requires significant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
