We are looking for a talented Data Analyst Senior to join our team specializing in Quality for our CUMMINS in San Luis Potosi, SLP.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead complex cross-functional analytics projects and key initiatives for LATAM Distribution (Sales, Service, HSE, Facilities, Logistics, Finance, etc), ensuring adherence to Project Management Office Business Analytics governance (intake, standards, process, documentation) and structured project reporting.
Design, build, and operate real-time, self-service Power BI solutions (advanced DAX) and collaborative workspaces; automate data refresh and business workflows with Power Automate/Power Apps to enable faster, data-driven decisions across multiple countries.
Own regional data integration and modeling (advanced SQL ) across ERPs, Data Lake and other sources, ensuring data quality, metadata, security, and compliance with corporate standards and policies
Collaboration and integration with business and functional leaders across LATAM.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Expertise in Power BI with DAX (enterprise models, performance optimization, row-level security) and advanced SQL for data modeling and ETL across multiple source systems.
Microsoft Power Platform expertise ( Power Automate and Power Apps ) to design and sustain workflow automations tied to analytics products for reporting and process automation.
Database creation and management using SharePoint and Power Apps.
Experience in Program/Project Management as leader or part of the team.
Expertise in Python or R for advanced analytics and automation;
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst, Power Platform, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Management) is a big plus.
Bilingual English–Spanish with the ability to facilitate cross-functional forums and document project/analytics standards for a regional audience. (B2-C1)
Portuguese proficiency for stakeholder engagement in Brazil is a plus. (A2-B1)

Solid experience in Data Analysis, modeling and visualization. (+5 years)
Hybrid role: 60% on site, 40% remote
