DESCRIPTION
The Supply Chain Analyst will use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes. The role involves analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing actionable recommendations to optimize efficiency, reduce risks, and support the organization’s supply chain objectives. This position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure execution of the supply plan and delivery of parts and services as per customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical support across one or more functional areas within the supply chain.
Coordinate with internal teams and external supplier base to process and monitor orders, ensuring supply plan adherence.
Monitor, adjust, and release procurement signals; expedite materials as necessary to meet demand.
Ensure data integrity of analytics, reports, and KPIs.
Analyze and interpret supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
Prepare and deliver metrics analysis and reporting using tools such as Xelus, GOMS, Kinaxis, and other aftermarket planning systems.
Participate in Six Sigma initiatives and other supply chain improvement projects.
Utilize materials planning systems and advanced tools (e.g., BI dashboards, Advanced Planning Command Centre) to support decision-making around inventory optimization and parts availability.
Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to manage master data, material flows, transportation, and warehouse management for efficient end-to-end supply chain operations.
Troubleshoot supply issues by extracting, transforming, and analyzing planning data, and provide value-creating insights to stakeholders.
Support inventory management and optimization strategies to achieve organizational goals within defined constraints.

Analysis & Troubleshooting: Strong ability to extract, interpret, and present data to support decision-making.
Inventory Management & Optimization: Uses analytics and algorithms to recommend optimal inventory levels.
Material Planning: Skilled in root cause analysis and decision-making regarding parts availability.
Materials KPI Management: Monitors, interprets, and acts upon supply chain KPIs to drive improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (college, university, or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimal to intermediate level of relevant experience in supply chain, materials planning, or related fields.
Experience
Familiarity with supply chain planning tools and systems such as Xelus, GOMS, Kinaxis, and aftermarket planning systems .
Exposure to metrics analysis, reporting, and supply planning execution .
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers.
Prior experience with Six Sigma projects or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
Working Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
