RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Understanding of Engineering Principles
A solid grasp of engineering fundamentals (mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, etc.) helps you align student learning with real-world applications.
Project Management Skills
You'll often coordinate programs, timelines, and partnerships—so being organized and able to manage multiple moving parts is essential.
Strong Communication & Collaboration
You’ll work with students, educators, and industry partners. Clear, empathetic communication and relationship-building are critical.
Workforce Development Knowledge
Familiarity with labor market trends, industry certifications, and career pathways helps you design programs that meet employer needs.
Mentorship & Coaching Abilities
Supporting students as they transition into the workforce means being a guide, motivator, and resource for their growth.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Using metrics to evaluate program success, student outcomes, and employer satisfaction helps you continuously improve operations.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability
