Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this general maintenance support role, you must be skilled in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and tools, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You should demonstrate initiative, time management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while prioritizing safety and cleanliness across all work areas. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as you’ll interact with various teams and levels of management. A solid foundation in manufacturing processes, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation is required, along with relevant experience and physical capability.
