Key Responsibilities:
Plans, prioritizes, and schedules team activities and resources to ensure the efficiency and quality of results provided by the Commercial department.
Ensures that staff provide assistance to customers through proper use of departmental tools, systems, documentation, processes, and procedures.
Leads, guides, evaluates, and develops subordinate staff to ensure that team resources are used effectively and that established objectives and tasks are met.
Communicates the organization’s objectives and monitors their achievement by the Commercial team members.
Coordinates the activity of the order analysis and follow-up team, ensuring that customer requirements regarding delivery time and technical specifications are met.
Coordinates communication with customers and the global Sales team for AvK products, and with OMCS-UK for Stamford products.
Coordinates the reporting process to the General Manager and the global Sales team.
Analyzes and sends the weekly status of overdue orders to the local leadership team and to OMCS-UK.
Prepares and analyzes monthly reports for the local leadership team.
Coordinates the process of updating transfer price lists and cost calculations.
Organizes and/or actively participates in the 8D/7-step process, aiming to identify and implement effective solutions in case of delivery delays and to prevent such situations.
Ensures interfacing with the customer and the global Sales team for AvK products.
Manages orders for assigned AvK product customers; responsible for the full order process (confirmations, order changes, cancellation processing, slot reservations).
Acts as the single point of contact for INNIO customers during the entire order process for all products.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Task management – Strong ability to execute two or more tasks simultaneously and to prioritize based on customer demands and workload.
Technical skills – General knowledge of order registration processes and systems, as well as general customer support functions. Knowledge of production planning and administrative functions is an advantage.
Education & Qualifications:
Higher education in Sales, Marketing, or a Technical/Economic field.
Advanced English language skills.
