DESCRIPTION
The Sales Support Executive plays a critical role in supporting the customer-facing sales force throughout the sales cycle—from lead generation to order fulfillment. This role involves managing primary and secondary sales activities, leveraging tools like Mitwa Connect and Fleet Connect, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external channel partners. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Channel Support
Support primary and secondary sales operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Utilize tools such as Mitwa Connect and Fleet Connect to manage customer interactions and data.
Assist in achieving sales targets and driving market penetration through effective channel engagement.
Customer Interaction & Lead Management
Respond to incoming customer calls and emails, qualify leads, and route them to appropriate sales professionals.
Participate in customer visits and events, making decisions in the absence of predefined procedures.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and post-sale support.
Order & Inventory Management
Process customer orders, issue acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notices.
Communicate order and inventory status to the sales team and customers.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate orders when necessary.
Sales Enablement & Reporting
Compile budgetary quotes for jobs by gathering technical data, lead times, and customer requirements.
Periodically review and report on stock levels and sales performance.
Actively support branch personnel in retail sales across various tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional certifications or training in sales, customer service, or CRM systems preferred

Skills and Experience

Familiarity with Mitwa Connect , Fleet Connect , and CRM tools.
Strong understanding of primary and secondary sales processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
