DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic professional to support, enhance, and lead Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Industry 4.0 digital transformation initiatives at our Phaltan site. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Apriso MES along with exposure to analytics, low-code development, and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Apriso MES and related manufacturing IT systems
Lead and support Industry 4.0 initiatives such as IoT sensor integration, digital data flows, automation, and connected factory systems
Develop real-time dashboards and analytics using Power BI to drive data-based decision-making
Build and maintain digital applications using Power Apps / Mendix
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams to digitize workflows and improve process efficiency
Coordinate with IT Infrastructure teams for server, network, and cloud readiness for digital deployments
Work on MES–ERP (Oracle preferred) integrations and data exchange
Write, review, and optimize SQL queries ; support database management
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues; perform root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance, documentation, cybersecurity, and change management for digital systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or equivalent
3–8 years of experience in MES or Manufacturing IT Systems
Experience working in a plant or shop-floor digital environment preferred

QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Apriso MES
Solid understanding of SQL and databases
Working knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts (IoT, automation, connectivity, real-time data)
Good-to-Have Skills
Power BI , Power Apps , Mendix
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud)
Experience with Oracle ERP integration
Understanding of shop-floor systems such as SCADA, PLC connectivity (Industry 4.0 advantage)
