We are building an IT Talent Pool for upcoming opportunities within our organization. We’re looking for technology professionals with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and agile delivery, who are interested in being considered for future roles located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México . Hybrid role: 3 days on site, 2 days home office.

What We Are Looking For

We are interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Software Development: Java, .NET, Python, Front-End/Full Stack

  • Infrastructure & Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, networking, servers, DevOps

  • Backup & Recovery : Commvault, Veeam, or similar tools

  • ERP & Systems: Oracle, SAP, enterprise applications

  • Cybersecurity: vulnerability analysis, identity management, compliance

  • Data & Analytics : SQL, Power BI, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Informatica Cloud

  • Technical Support & IT Operations: Service Desk, systems administration, troubleshooting

  • Agile Roles: Scrum Master , Agile Coach, sprint ceremonies facilitation, cross-functional team guidance, agile metrics tracking

  • IT & Project Management Tools: Jira, ServiceNow or similar platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields

  • Solid professional experience in IT or Agile environments

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

  • Adaptability to global, fast-paced technology environments

  • Advanced English
