DESCRIPTION
The Supply Chain Analyst – Senior develops and delivers advanced supply chain analytics across organizations and business units to improve operational performance, profitability, customer service, inventory, and working capital outcomes. This role enables data-driven decision-making through robust analytics, KPI reporting, benchmarking, compliance support, and continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain.
Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Analytics & Performance Management
Develop supply chain analytics to make operational performance and trends visible across throughput, lead time, delivery, logistics, inventory, working capital, and order management.
Develop and maintain reporting capabilities for key supply chain KPIs, ensuring data integrity, repeatability, and accuracy.
Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and recommend action plans.
Build basic supply chain models for scenario analysis and decision support.
Conduct internal and external benchmarking analyses.
Provide financial analysis to support supply chain decisions.
Use common processes, tools, and enterprise information systems to enable scalable analytics.
Continuous Improvement
Lead and participate in Six Sigma and supply chain improvement projects.
Optimize work processes using continuous improvement methodologies.
Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles across the end-to-end supply chain.
Regulatory, Compliance & Risk Analytics Support
Maintain regulatory inventory (“single source of truth”) by country/region, topic, and effective date using defined taxonomy and naming standards.
Monitor legislation and execute horizon scanning activities by tracking regulatory updates from official sources.
Support applicability mapping for products, materials, sites, logistics lanes, and supplier tiers.
Prepare draft regulatory risk summaries, heatmaps, and escalation tickets using defined scoring logic.
Support interpretation and translation of regulatory requirements into draft obligations and applicability decision aids.
Assist in gap analysis by comparing regulatory obligations to existing policies, systems, controls, and workflows.
Controls, Governance & Audit Readiness
Support compliance governance routines, including meeting preparation, RAID/action logs, RACI tracking, and follow-ups.
Assist with control documentation, implementation, and testing activities.
Support incident and escalation handling by gathering evidence and documenting timelines.
Maintain audit-ready document management, traceability, and evidence vaulting discipline.
Supplier Due Diligence & Traceability
Support supplier risk processes including questionnaires, screenings, documentation reviews, and risk profiling.
Coordinate supplier documentation collection and validate completeness and quality.
Maintain traceability datasets (BOM linkages, material declarations, chain-of-custody evidence).
Support audit readiness and corrective action tracking with suppliers.
Reporting, Dashboards & Communication
Produce routine reporting on compliance status, deadlines, supplier responses, gaps, exceptions, and risk trends.
Build and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
Prepare clear, executive-ready summaries translating analytical and technical findings into actionable insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Skills & Experience
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong analytical skills with experience extracting, transforming, modeling, and interpreting data.
Experience working with ERP, PLM, TMS, and business intelligence systems.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools preferred.
Knowledge of supply chain KPIs, materials planning, inventory optimization, and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with PFEP principles and end-to-end supply chain planning.
Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, supplier risk, or ESG-related analytics is preferred.

Trade & Compliance: Trade compliance or export controls training
Auditing / Quality: Internal auditor training (e.g., ISO-style auditing)
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
Intermediate level experience required.
3–5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
