DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility Rocky Mount NC

  • Continuous Improvement : Engaging in training and personal development to stay aligned with business requirements and improve your skills.

  • Housekeeping and Maintenance : Keeping your work area clean and orderly, performing routine housekeeping tasks, and identifying equipment needing repair.

Education

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Minimal or no work experience required.

  • Training requirements that meet the quality standards and the ability to maintain production flow during certification.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Forklift experience is a plus

  • Basic engine setup to harness and de-harness engines for testing

  • Coordinating with team members while using hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
