Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by conducting market research, user interviews, persona development, and data analysis to identify pain points and inform product decisions.
  • Translate business needs into a clearly defined and prioritized product backlog, including user stories, defects, enablers, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and support agile ceremonies in partnership with the Scrum Master.
  • Accept user stories as complete by validating acceptance criteria, test coverage, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product features meet functional, business, and quality expectations prior to release.
  • Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to define product goals, success metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
  • Track and monitor team performance metrics and outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with InfoSec, legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements by supporting documentation and review processes.
  • Participate in synchronization ceremonies, retrospectives, inspect-and-adapt workshops, and cross-team forums to manage dependencies and initiatives.
  • Manage financial accountability for the product or product capabilities, including planning, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Support product launches and adoption strategies in collaboration with business, technology, and compliance partners.

Skills and Experience

Required for All Candidates

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management or a related role (external benchmark).
  • Proven experience defining product roadmaps and managing product backlogs.
  • Hands-on experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Experience tracking team-level metrics, KPIs, and delivery outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver outcomes through cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing systems, tools, or platforms that enable user interaction and collaboration.
