Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Complying with Health, Safety & Environmental policies and utilizing appropriate PPE
• Managing customer parts counter activities including phone and walk-in support
• Processing transactions accurately (cash, check, and credit card)
• Maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships
• Escalating complex customer concerns appropriately
• Supporting sourcing and fulfillment of complex or hard-to-find parts
• Collaborating with technicians to identify and procure parts efficiently
• Managing stock levels, shipping/receiving, and inventory-related activities
• Supporting core processing and other warehouse functions as assigned
• Identifying opportunities to upsell complementary products and services
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and warehouse

Helpful knowledge of Engines, Marine, on highway equipment, and power generators parts research.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Compensation and Benefits Base
Salary rate commensurate with experience.
