To do for the import related business of the product and manage and respond to requests of the internal and external customers. Communicate smoothly with forwarders and optimize delivery schedules to meet customer's order requested date. Optimize management of logistics operations through efficient operation and management of inventory and logistics/transportation partners. Do documentation and perform general administrative tasks required for the logistics work.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Work closely with Planner (Buyer) and Sales to meet customer's request delivery.
- Understand and carry out business processes such as import and customs clearance.
- Have knowledge of SCM and perform efficient product management through ERP system.
- Consistently applies logistics policies, procedures and processes.
- Inventory Control and Management - Understand inventory control and management principles and how they impact the local supply chain.
- Analyze logistics costs and carry out activities to improve logistics systems and flows.
- Domestic and International Transportation - has an awareness that there are regulations, processes, required documents, and options with transporting materials domestically and internationally.
- Warehouse operations - basic understanding of warehouse operations
- Prepares documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers and other third parties as applicable; submits documentation and enters request for payments into accounting system; responds to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.
- Participates as a team member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- + 2 years of working experience in relevant positions (Import, Logistics) is a must.
- 4-year college degree in applicable field
- Intermediate English skill in Speaking and Writing
- Korean native
