Cummins specialises in Heavy Vehicle service, repairs and maintenance across mining, on-highway trucks, industrial and power generation applications.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Deliver a first-class service to our customers

Complete service, repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products in our workshop

Support engine rebuilds

Diagnose and repair various engines predominately across on-highway, industrial and power generation

Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Workshop Manager

Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens

We are looking for a talented Diesel Technician to join our high performing team in Carole Park, QLD. In this role, you will complete repairs and rebuilds on engine products across all market segments (predominantly automotive) in a service workshop under supervision
Rotating Roster:
Dayshift 7am – 3pm , standard hours
Afternoon shift 2.30pm – 10.30pm, standard hours.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Mechanical trades qualified as a Heavy Mechanic (to Australian standards)
Previous repairs and maintenance experience with Diesel Engines, Power Generation, On Highway Truck, Construction or Agriculture desirable but not essential.
Diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
Be a team player & be prepared to adhere to Cummins Policies
Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation, reporting any issues / incidents to shift supervisors
