In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support safe, compliant production by assisting in the design and implementation of manufacturing processes that meet safety requirements, product specifications, and daily/weekly build targets.
Improve equipment and process capability by applying core manufacturing principles (e.g., standard work, error-proofing, cycle-time analysis) to reduce defects, downtime, and variability.
Advance continuous improvement by helping develop standards and work methods using CI tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, PDCA), driving measurable gains in quality, cost, and delivery.
Enable data‑driven decisions by gathering and analyzing process data (throughput, scrap, first‑pass yield) to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate across functions and suppliers to execute assigned project tasks—coordinating with production, quality, maintenance, and external partners to keep activities on schedule.
Contribute to launch readiness by supporting process trials, work instruction updates, and operator training to ensure smooth implementation and stable ramp‑up.
Strengthen problem solving and standardization by assisting with root cause analyses and documenting robust, repeatable solutions that prevent recurrence.
