We are looking for a talented Line Human Resources Generalist - Senior to join our team specialising in Human Resources for Cummins in Lindesberg, Sweden.

This role follows a hybrid work model, with 60% on-site work from the office in Lindesberg and 40% remote work.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Leading and coordinating the full rehabilitation and work‑adjustment process, from early identification to follow‑up and documentation.
  • Supporting managers in handling sickness absence, rehabilitation cases, and difficult conversations, ensuring the employer meets all legal obligations.
  • Providing expert guidance on employment law, including LAS, MBL, collective agreements and internal policies, and managing cases such as redeployments, investigations and disciplinary matters.
  • Delivering staffing and recruitment support, including job design, workforce planning and people data analysis to maintain a diverse and capable workforce.
  • Leading performance management activities, including development planning and coaching managers to build high‑performing teams.
  • Ensuring accurate and compliant workforce information in HR systems, and supporting compensation and benefits processes in collaboration with shared services.
  • Conducting and documenting HR investigations, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
  • Driving HR process improvements, supporting training needs assessments, and contributing to organisational development initiatives.

Education/ Experience:

  • Post‑secondary education in HR, employment law, behavioural science or an equivalent field, or extensive relevant experience in labour law and rehabilitation matters.
  • Considerable experience in broad HR work, ideally in a generalist capacity.
  • Experience working with external partners such as occupational health services, healthcare providers, Försäkringskassan and trade unions.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory – reading, writing, speaking.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Strong experience in HR advisory or generalist roles, with proven capability in rehabilitation, sickness management and employee relations.
  • Solid understanding of Swedish labour law, collective agreements and HR policy application, with confidence advising managers on complex cases.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and conflict‑resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret people data, ensure accurate HR documentation and support decision‑making.
