IT Technical Analyst

DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise for applications or IT infrastructure in line with IT architecture policies and standards
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
Contribute to the creation of detailed solution designs and coordinate build, installation, configuration, and testing of IT systems
Contribute to the creation of technical specifications used for application or infrastructure development
Assist in delivering solution designs while adhering to standards and promoting component reuse
Support high-level and detailed design for applications, infrastructure, interfaces, workflows, reports, and integrations
Promote reuse of components to optimize costs and reduce delivery time
Contribute to standards, procedures, guidelines, and runbooks for IT design and development
Analyze existing systems and documentation to identify improvements or remediation opportunities
Work closely with external IT service providers to ensure delivery within quality, cost, security, and performance parameters

Solution Modeling – Create diagrams, models, and documentation using standard tools and methodologies
Solution Validation Testing – Validate solutions based on SDLC best practices to ensure quality and performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
