Sales Operations Coordinator - Level III

DESCRIPTION
Supports the sales force through reporting, system administration, and internal and external data analyses by executing, supporting, and improving selected sales operations activities under limited supervision. This role enables data-driven decision making, improves sales effectiveness, and ensures accurate system and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Reporting & Analytics
Consolidate and distribute recurring sales reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Create and maintain ad-hoc sales reports under limited supervision.
Revise reporting templates and consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders.
Provide forecasting inputs based on analyzed sales data.
Conduct internal sales analyses including variances, projections, costing, and bundling.
Develop high-quality MIS and analytics to support Sales Key Account Managers (KAMs) in driving revenue growth.
System Administration
Execute complex system tasks across tools such as Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, and customer portals.
Document and maintain ad-hoc system processes and workflows.
Periodically evaluate user-entered data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Identify and recommend system and process improvements.
External & Internal Data Analysis
Analyze external data sources (e.g., Polk, Dodge, RigDig) to identify new sales opportunities.
Review and validate research findings on assigned opportunities.
Compile and qualify competitive intelligence and communicate insights to the sales team.
Support opportunity tracking, pipeline visibility, and business insights.
Stakeholder & Customer Coordination
Partner closely with the IPDC team to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Interact regularly with OEM customers to understand their systems, compliance requirements, billing modalities, and receivables tracking.
Translate complex data insights into actionable information for sales teams and stakeholders.
Support cross-functional alignment to improve sales execution and customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
Manage assigned schedules and deliverables using recommended project management practices.
Continuously improve sales operations processes and reporting quality.
Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education required.
Equivalent experience may be considered per applicable regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
- May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills & Experience Required
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong MIS reporting and sales analytics capability.
Experience with CRM and sales systems such as Salesforce, WWSPS, BMS, or similar platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and reporting tools.
Strong data validation, consolidation, and visualization skills.
Understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and competitive analysis.
Ability to interpret external market data sources.
Stakeholder Management Skills
Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams such as IPDC for billing execution.
Experience interacting with OEM customers on systems, compliance, billing, and receivables.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to translate data into actionable sales insights.
Experience
Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
Experience supporting sales operations, business analytics, or commercial teams preferred.
Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities.
