We are looking for a talented School to Work - Marketing (Student) to join our team specializing in Marketing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Troy, MI.

Provide analytical and operational support to the Product Management team across the United States and Canada. Assignments vary in complexity and include portfolio analysis, data mining, sales and marketing support, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis. This role supports execution of product line strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Support the development and execution of product line strategies to drive sales and marketing performance for assigned product lines.
• Update and maintain product plans, tracking tools, and performance metrics.
• Analyze market and competitive data to ensure accurate, competitive positioning.
• Partner cross functionally with the Aftermarket business unit on products and initiatives.
• Assist with execution of product line initiatives to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Measure, analyze, and recommend pricing and quote strategies to improve product line profitability.
• Review quote volume performance and recommend changes as required.
• Conduct ongoing research and analysis to evaluate effectiveness of product initiatives.
• Analyze business performance against stated goals and objectives.
• Coordinate updates to product content on company websites and marketing materials.
• Utilize enterprise systems and reporting tools to measure and communicate results.

Key Responsibilities

Education/Experience:
• Must be at least 16 years of age
Must be a current student in High School OR currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field in a college or university setting.
