QUALIFICATIONS

岗位职责：

1. 负责网站Banner、运营专题图等Web端平面设计，协助完成海报、展板、手册等线下宣传物料设计；

2. 配合团队完成基础视频剪辑、简单动画制作（如短视频、动态海报等）；

3. 参与素材整理、图片精修、版式排版及设计落地执行，配合团队完成各项视觉相关工作；

4. 积极配合团队协作，高效完成上级交办的其他设计相关任务。

任职要求：

1. 设计类相关专业（视觉传达、平面设计等）

2. 熟练使用PS、AI等设计软件，会视频剪辑、简单动画制作优先；

3. 具备良好的审美能力和排版功底，工作认真细致、执行力强；

4. 具备良好的团队协作意识，善于沟通配合，能稳定实习3个月以上

5. 有个人作品集者。

其他要求：每周可实习 3 天及以上，实习周期不少于3 个月；态度积极，乐于协作，有工作热情。
