What you’ll achieve

As a Logistics Fulfilment Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our fulfilment operations within the logistics department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insights into the dynamic world of supply chain management and order fulfilment.

You will:

• Order Processing: Assist in processing and managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfilment.
• Data Analysis: Assist in analysing data related to order fulfilment, inventory turnover, and other logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
• Layout Design: Gain hands-on experience in optimizing warehouse space, improving inventory flow, and enhancing operational efficiency. Collaborate with our team to create organized, ergonomic layouts that ensure seamless product movement and maximize storage capacity.
• Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning and development opportunities to expand your knowledge of logistics and fulfilment best practices.

Essential Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (Logistics, Any Engineering stream, Supply Chain Management, Business, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions is essential for optimizing logistics processes.

• Attention to Detail: Logistics involves complex operations, and meticulous attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy in order fulfilment, inventory management, and shipping.
