Small Business, Technical Sales Representative with German

What you’ll achieve
As a SB Technical Sales Representatives, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

You will:

  • Responsible to deliver the right technical solutions depending on customer’s needs and expectations

  • Deliver on expectations in short/ long term targets and KPIs such as ISG revenue, direct ISG mix and pipeline management

  • Responsible of all ISG Leads assigned and executes on time

  • Works continuously on technical development and stays informed about latest industry trends

  • Has knowledge about the market and competition in enterprise solution and can clearly articulate this to SB customers and partners

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent English and German communication skills, written and spoken, C1

  • Master's degree in Business and 3 years+ relational sales experience is a must

  • Experience in working with Microsoft suite of software including Salesforce.com and advanced knowledge of Enterprise technologies

  • Innate and overwhelming desire to sell in a proactive sales motion

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in a technical pre-sales role

  • IT affinity

Salary starting from: 1600 EUR gross fix pay + 670 EUR gross variable pay

Salary split: 70/30
