Senior Consultant, Software Engineer

What you’ll achieve

As a member of the SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering), this individual will be responsible for supplier quality and manufacture data analysis, provide the insight to help whole SQE team to drive the supplier quality improvement. The individual will be also responsible for digital tool development to improve SQE working efficiency. This job requires strong Data analysis knowledge, excellent communication, and project management skills.

You will:

• Work with Dell DAA team, Dell AQE, ODM and suppliers to collect the quality/ manufacture data (SVLRR, FRR, Yield, FIR, etc.) and conduct the quality data analysis from different views.

• Deliver the ODM/supplier quality and manufacture data analysis reports to team.

• Work with commodity/platform SQE team to set the target and drive the supplier quality improvement based on data analysis result.

• Work with Dell DAA team to develop digital tool based on GSQE internal team needs investigation.

• Maintain and optimize the data analysis tool and digital tool to support the SQE team operation and improve team’s working efficiency.

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years working experience in data science or related technical function

• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good teamwork and project management skills

• Proficient in using at least one data visualization tools, such as Power BI

• Good teamwork and project management skills and pefer to have development language skill, such as Python

Desirable Requirements

• Master or Bachler degree
