We are growing our Talent Acquisition team with a creative and proactive Sourcer eager to find top talent across the globe. You will be recruiting for complex roles in Tech Sales, Cybersecurity and Product & Engineering.

Key Responsibilities (or what YOU will be doing):

  • You will be handling roles in all regions Secureworks is present in (US, EMEA & APJ), direct sourcing and managing the candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands
  • You will be advising our Global Recruitment Team on recruitment matters, creating sourcing strategies and being on top of market trends across all regions
  • You will be gaining a thorough understanding of our competitors which will enable an excellent knowledge base to build market intelligence
  • You will be in charge of developing candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search (Workday), and maintaining our database accurate
  • You will be gaining market intelligence including an understanding of the talent landscape in targeted geographic regions (LinkedIn Insights or other sources) and participating in networking events
  • You will be offering a great candidate experience, and you will maintain a close connection with the candidates until the right roles will be available
  • Together we will be championing our brand and promoting Secureworks as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities

Essential Requirements (or what YOU bring to the game):

  • 2+ years of experience in international sourcing
  • Strong talent sourcing abilities (using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.)
  • Ability to create complex Boolean strings
  • Proven abilities to attract passive experienced candidates and build a diverse pipeline
  • Passion for matching talent to our needs and delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Strong level of English both written and verbal
  • Creativity and proactivity, as you will need to be resourceful on finding different ways to reach more talent
  • Curiosity to always be updated with our product changes, new tools on the market and be able to bring market insights in your area of expertise
  • High level of attention to details

Business hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm

Location: Hybrid from our Bucharest office
