Work you’ll do

• Provide subject matter expertise, strategy, and communications support to help solve some of its most complex and challenging accounting and financial reporting issues.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior executives and contribute to a high performing Deloitte team.
• Coordinate with a wide breadth of subject matter experts within Deloitte including, valuation, accounting, consulting, regulatory and business experts
• Help drive overall business development activities, focusing on both internal and external marketing, industry eminence, and new service offerings within an everchanging industry
• Establish and develop relationships with a wide range of clients within financial management community
• Coach junior practitioners in their growth and make significant contributions to practice and business development initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in finance, business, or another related field or Bachelor’s degree with 4 additional experience years can substitute.
• DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 12+ years of general financial management and accounting experience; 8 of the 12 years shall consist of auditing financial statements of federal government agencies or preparing agencies for audit.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires A&IC professionals to co-locate in person 2 – 3 days per week.

Preferred:

• Certifications including CDFM, CGFM, CFA, CIA
