Position Summary

Work You’ll Do

In this role, you will be part of a team focusing on the delivery and sustainment of secure and resilient capabilities for an important government sector.   • Conduct data analysis and management, as well as market and financial analysis.
  • Identify, analyze, and utilize relevant data to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze market trends and capacity to improve future assessments and investments.
  • Strengthen strategic and critical materials supply chains and policies.
  • Review and determine how to effectively incentivize the supplier base.
  • Manage technical solutions, delegate resources, and foster quality assurance principles.
  • Lead organizational assessments, and conduct program audits and evaluations.
  • Provide support to senior leadership on investment decisions and market trends.
  • Conduct market analysis on key strategic and critical materials, identifying risks and proposing mitigating solutions.
  • Utilize research tools to conduct value chain analysis and understand supply chain risk management practices.

Professionals drive efficiency, improve flexibility, and increase responsiveness by furnishing proactive insights and enhancing decision-making. Teams advise, implement, and operate transformational solutions by providing operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Teams also optimize operations, product, and material flows, and create greater synergy for the supply network to optimize mission performance.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategy support and business action planning.
  • Experience with process and productivity improvement, and systems alignment.
  • Experience with leading organizational assessments, and program audits, and evaluations.
  • Regular interaction and communications with the Government Contracting Officer (CO) and delegated government representatives.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of experience providing support to senior leadership in Government or Industry on investment decisions and market trends.
  • Experience in private equity and hedge fund research, financial modeling, market, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to conduct analysis of relevant markets.
  • Understanding of supply chain risk management practices and can use research tools to conduct value chain analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
  • Have professional experience working for a large consulting firm.
  • Have hands-on functional experience with business analysis and project management.
