As (Senior) Solution Architect, part of Deloitte Technology & Transformation,
you will lead the design and realization phases of digital solutions for our
clients across different industries. Deloitte has a thriving and growing
Microsoft Technology Services Practice. We are seeking a highly experienced
leader, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions based on
Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, to help lead our flourishing practice.
You will be responsible for operational excellence, and innovation in our CRM
offerings. This includes leading and mentoring a high-performing team and
ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry trends. Your deep
understanding of the Netherlands CRM market landscape, combined with
strong consulting skills, existing client relationships, and a collaborative
leadership approach will be crucial to expanding our impact and achieving
ambitious growth targets. By joining Deloitte's Microsoft Technology Services
Practice, you'll collaborate with a team of experts, helping international
organizations and iconic brands transform their core business capabilities with
Dynamics 365.
Our team has a flourishing Salesforce practice and our aim is to get to a better
balance in our tech-transformation business by focusing on Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. We want to be the go-to-CRM-partner
for our clients and we expect you to contribute to this objective. You will go
through all phases, from acquisition to delivery, in a structured and successful
manner, supported by Deloitte's standard methodologies.

  • pre-Sales Contribution: Collaborate with sales teams to define and articulate value propositions, tailoring solution architecture and approach to meet client needs. Engage in technical discussions to showcase our capabilities and influence decision-making;
  • technical Leadership: Serve as a technical authority, guiding project teams in the implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with best practices;
  • project Management: Oversee the technical aspects of projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure quality and efficiency in solution delivery, addressing any technical challenges that arise;
  • client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of their technical landscape and business goals;
  • team Development: Inspire and mentor junior team members, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill development. Lead by example to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence;
  • innovation and Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team. Contribute to the strategic planning and development of long-term technology roadmaps.

personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior)
Solution Architect:
  • a completed a master’s degree;
  • a minimum of 7 years work experience in project or program management of complex digital transformations, preferably in the digital customer and CRM domains;
  • extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform;
  • hands-on experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio, particularly in building proof of concept, prototype, or demo solutions;
  • a proven track record of successful solution architecture and technical implementation;
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members;
  • ability to inspire and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment;
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
