Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Specialist in Denver, Colorado and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing Oracle products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for Oracle implementation, which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.
• 80% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing SQL Developer and Data Modeler tools and advanced PL\SQL methodologies, including Stored Procedures, Cursors, and Triggers to drive software development and implementation services;
• Driving the design, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle Reporting and Analytics to develop technical objects, including module and reports;
• Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Jama and Toad Data Modeler for Oracle;
• Developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Form (RICEF) objects;
• Defining systems strategy and supporting procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients, utilizing SQL Developer and Toad Data Modeler for Oracle; and
• Building and developing software integration production and developing software modules using SAP Crystal Reports, Azure DevOps, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $117,021.00-$190,000.00
