Position Summary

As an experienced Project Delivery Specialist, I – Sr. Oracle Supply Planning Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable solutions using the Oracle Cloud platform
- Actively participate in functional design alongside other functional teams and business stakeholders
- Develop detailed functional specifications
- Identify risks, confirm their validity, and devise strategies to mitigate them
- Clearly translate and communicate business requirements to the business using story-based narratives, and present strategies and recommendations to executives
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

The Oracle Enterprise Solutions offering provides services from ERP and Cloud strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client’s business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability, and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Supply Planning + Backlog Management
- Served as a Cloud Functional Consultant on global implementations
- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, specializing in Supply Planning + Backlog management
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning for optimizing inventory management and Backlog Management
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and managing end-to-end supply chain processes across various Oracle Cloud SCM modules
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Live near or willing to relocate to Austin, TX. Relocation assistance is available.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, etc.
- Expertise in orchestrating supply chain processes to ensure seamless integration across multiple locations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.
