SAP Plant Maintenance Lead - Brownfield Implementation & S/4 HANA Migration

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module implementation and migration projects, specifically focusing on Brownfield Implementation and S/4 HANA Migration.
  • Oversee SAP S/4 HANA End to End Implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
  • Act as the SAP Solution Architect, providing expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and Work Manager functional roles.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of SAP applications through best practices in design and error handling mechanisms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with a strong understanding of integration concepts.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA End to End Implementation projects.
  • Experience working on SAP S/4 implementation projects handling SAP Plant Maintenance Lead + Work Manager functional roles.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Experience in government and public sector projects is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with EDI, APIs, SQL, and other integration technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore model.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients.
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
