  • Partner with the HRT SuccessFactors Senior Leadership team to strategically oversee personnel management, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technical developments in SAP Payroll, and effectively communicate changes to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop meaningful internal firm and external client relationships.

  • Familiarity with SAP Payroll interfaces and integrations with other SAP modules and third party integrations.
  • Experience in at least three end-to-end implementations of either SAP ECC Payroll, SAP S/4HANA Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Preferred experience in end-to-end implementations of Benefits Management, HR Core, or Time Management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members within the project and the organization.
  • Capability to lead, develop and educate junior team members on both technical and consulting soft skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Flexible to travel to the client site or into the Deloitte local office.
  • Flexibility to provide coverage in the client's time zone, extending support beyond your own time zone.
  • Required: Either SAP HCM Payroll for SAP S/4HANA Associate or higher certification and/or SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll Associate or higher certification.
