Position Summary

SCNO Specialist Leader

Work you’ll do

Specialist Leaders are professionals with strong records of academic and professional achievement who have the capacity and desire for continuous development and growth. Deloitte professionals must also be capable of working and communicating with people at all levels of an organization.

Specialist Leaders lead multiple project work streams, and large engagement teams supporting complex engagements. They mentor junior practitioners as they conduct detailed, quantitative analyses associated with developing meaningful insights to address our clients’ biggest supply chain challenges.

As a Specialist Leader, you will be asked to provide project management and thought leadership in a variety of challenging roles, make significant contributions in a relatively short time, take responsibility for the way you manage your time, develop your skill set, and deliver creative, compelling insights to the client. Your career success is dependent on your ability to personalize your career path and identify and grow your internal and external network. We don’t expect you to do this alone - our environment provides multiple opportunities for you to further develop your skills through our training curriculum and mentoring programs.

The team

We work with clients to solve their most complex and strategic operational challenges. Our team spans the supply chain from product engineering through manufacturing and delivery to the end customer. In today’s world we can’t do that without working together across the supply chain and using data and analytics to get our clients’ insights in real time, all the time. Many of our clients are now competing with companies based solely on an interconnected supply chain; we modernize their supply chains using artificial intelligence, machine learning and connected products resulting in a competitive asset for the entire organization.

Our ‘Planning & Logistics’ practice develops integrated business supply chain planning and logistics solutions that synchronize customer demand, supply chain assets, working capital and OPEX/Cost-to-Serve to drive and deliver improvements in service levels, supply chain efficiency and financial results. We work with companies to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and create innovative alternatives that provide supply chain improvement for shareholders and customers.
