Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Consultant on the project, you will:

  • Systems Design & Configuration: Engineer robust solutions by designing and configuring custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and dynamic reports to address client requirements across public sector environments.
  • Automation & Workflow Engineering: Leverage Salesforce’s declarative automation tools—including Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes—to optimize and automate complex business processes.
  • User Experience (UX) Development: Utilize Omnistudio and OmniScript to create guided, intuitive user interfaces and flexible workflows that drive user adoption and streamline operations.
  • Security & Compliance Engineering: Implement and maintain data security measures, including roles, permission sets, and sharing rules, meeting stringent public sector compliance standards.
  • Agile Software Delivery: Work as an active member of a SAFe 6.0 Agile team, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning/execution, and PI planning.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage directly with clients and key stakeholders to understand requirements, demo new solutions, collect feedback, and provide ongoing support.
  • Integration & Custom Coding (as required): Occasionally support development of Apex code, Lightning web components, or integrations to connect Salesforce with external systems, supplementing out-of-the-box capabilities.

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience delivering technology solutions, preferably with Salesforce or CRM platforms in the public sector
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in low-code/no-code tools on Salesforce (Flow, Process Builder, Omnistudio, OmniScript).
  • Exposure to software engineering concepts—object-oriented design, test-driven development, version control (e.g., Git).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, or system integrations is a plus.
