Work You’ll Do
As a US Delivery Center Solution Analyst on the team, you will:
- Design & Configuration: Build and maintain Workday security groups (User-Based, Role-Based, Job-Based), configure Domain and Business Process Security Policies, and ensure secure tenant and cross-functional setups with robust Segregation of Duties controls.
- Functional Support & Collaboration: Partner with Finance workstreams to map security needs to business processes, advise on security for functional configuration areas, and support testers with user roles and permissions throughout project phases.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve access issues using security logs and process histories, configure integration permissions (EIB, RaaS, API), and protect custom reports, dashboards, and integration users.
- Governance & Compliance: Define and maintain security governance, conduct regular audits, enforce SOX and data privacy controls, and ensure security alignment during release management and regression testing.
- Cutover & Post-Go-Live: Execute security-related cutover tasks for Go-Live, establish ongoing monitoring, triage, and resolution protocols for security issues post-deployment.
- End-User Enablement: Train client users on security impacts, proper role assignments, and best practices for security-aware operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- 2+ years of experience working with Workday Financials or Workday Security to include;
- Strong understanding of Workday Financials business processes and cross-functional impacts.
- Experience configuring Workday Domain and Business Process security.
- Ability to troubleshoot access issues, analyze logs, and resolve security breaks quickly.
- Understanding of integration security (ISU permissions, OAuth, RaaS).
- Familiarity with SOD, internal controls, and audit frameworks (SOX, NIST).
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid implementation methods.
- Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
- Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
Preferred:
- Workday Pro or Workday Certification in Security or Financials
- Experience supporting multiple Financials modules.
- Familiarity with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
- Ability to operate independently and serve as the main point of contact for Security across multiple pods/workstreams.
